Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

 

Damages & Missing Items

Inspire Everyday is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please follow these steps:

1. Save all packaging materials and damaged items.

2. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

3. Provide proof of damage (photos/videos) and proof of purchase.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may replace or refund your order at our discretion.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
